Active Sensors has launched a range of high temperature speed sensors. Their latest model, the DSS710X is manufactured from aluminium alloy making it lightweight and compact in design. The internal components are fully encapsulated and the sensor is also fitted with Raychem fire and chemical resistant FDR25-type55-24 cabling for total sensor reliability. The sensor design utilises two Hall Effect elements ensuring an extremely high resistance to electrical noise. Sensor survival temperature is in excess of 200°c, which makes it an ideal solution for all of your speed measurement requirements.
