Description
The XCT0951 provides reliable internal position sensing of a cylinder rod in hydraulic and pneumatic actuators. It is a robust, non-contacting sensor with integral electronics. With a body diameter of 9.54mm and measurement range up to 300mm (14"), it is ideal for the harsh environments of lifting and steering position applications and active suspension systems. The sensor operates from a 6 to 30Vdc unregulated supply and has a low noise, virtually infinite resolution analogue output of 0.5V to 4.5V. The XCT's precision inductive coils have enabled an improved temperature performance (low thermal drift) compared to other similar inductive products which is typically <±0.01%FS/°C.
