The General-Purpose series of Magnetic-Hall contactless rotary position sensors are designed with a flange mounting housing manufactured from a durable high-grade polymer and are available with the choice of either a sprung, round or blade shaft and separate magnet option. They are based on true solid-state ‘hall-voltage/magnetic-field’ measurement technology, which provides improved linearisation over the measurement range, overall sensor accuracy and higher operating temperatures. Fully encapsulated and environmentally sealed to IP68/IP69K, the sensors are a versatile position measurement solution for both industrial and automotive systems that experience shock and vibration, or suffer fluid and debris contamination.
The MHR5100 General Purpose Magnetic-Hall Contactless Rotary Position Sensor is specified for industrial and automotive control measurement systems, where shock and vibration conditions are a consideration. Fitted within an integral bearing, the sensor is available with three different shaft mounting options that include sprung, round and blade.
The MHR5140 General Purpose Magnetic-Hall Contactless Rotary Position Sensor is a lightweight, two piece design, with a compact housing. The separate sensing module is paired with either a threaded bolt or free magnet to allow integration into the customer’s application.
