High Performance Magnetic-Hall Contactless Rotary Position Sensors

The high performance series of Magnetic-Hall contactless rotary position sensors are designed with a flange mounting case manufactured from aluminium and are available with the choice of either a sprung, round or blade shaft and separate magnet option. They are based on true solid-state 'Hall-voltage/magnetic-field' measurement technology, which provides improved linearisation over the measurement range, overall sensor accuracy and higher operating temperatures. Fully encapsulated and environmentally sealed to IP68/IP69K, the sensors are a versatile position measurement solution for both industrial and automotive systems that experience severe vibration and shock, or suffer fluid and debris contamination.

MHR0500 Series

The MHR0500 high performance Magnetic-Hall contactless rotary position series is an ultra- compact, miniature design, specified for applications where minimal size and weight are important considerations in high temperature and vibration conditions. Available with a choice of either a flange or synchro mounting case, the round shaft is guided between two stainless steel low-friction ball-race bearings for maximum reliability.

MHR0900 Series

The MHR0900 high performance Magnetic-Hall contactless rotary position series is manufactured with a Ø0.9" synchro mounting case, specified for measurement systems that experience severe shock and vibration. Available with the option of a dual channel output for critical applications, the Ø1/8" (Ø3.17mm) shaft is guided between two stainless steel low-friction ball-race bearings for maximum reliability.

MHR5250 Series

The sensor is located directly on to the throttle body with a D-type socket and 32mm PCD flange mounting.
