Multi-Turn GMR Rotary Position Sensors

These High Performance GMR (Giant Magneto Resistance) Contactless Rotary Position Sensors are absolute measurement devices which detect and store rotational movement even without power. The measurement range is up to 3600° (10-Turn).

They are designed with aluminium housings and are available with a choice of mounting options. The operating shaft is guided between two stainless steel low-friction ball-race bearings for maximum reliability.

Designed with true solid-state ‘GMR’ measurement technology which provides improved linearisation over the measurement range and overall sensor accuracy. The sensors offer a versatile position measurement solution for both industrial and automotive systems that experience severe vibration and shock, or suffer fluid and debris contamination.
