Magnetic Hall Contactless Rotary Position Sensors - Industrial

The industrial series of magnetic hall contactless rotary position sensors are designed with a standard 1.8" aluminium synchro mounting case, developed to meet the harsh operating requirements in heavy-duty, industrial position-sensing applications.

Fully encapsulated and environmentally sealed to IP68/IP69K, they are specified for construction, agricultural, military and utility vehicles, as well as a variety of uses in steelworks and power-generating plants.

They are available in a range of voltage, current and digital output options, all models provide a maximum measurement angle of 360°.

The MHR1800 magnetic hall contactless rotary position series is suitable for industrial control systems applications, where dust, vibration and fluid are a consideration. The sensor is fitted with a round shaft, which is guided between two stainless steel, low friction, ball-race bearings for long operational life. Available with a number of voltage, current and digital outputs, which include, analogue voltage, analogue current, SAE J1939 digital, output, LINbus digital output, SSI digital output, MODbus RTU digital output and CAN open digital output.
